Returns and Exchanges(U.S.):

*At this time, we are not accepting returns, if you receive your item and don't absolutely love it; feel free to contact us for an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

*To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, and in the original packaging.

*To begin your exchange, please contact us at wearejustplainmad@yahoo.com with order number, and item you would like to exchange for. 

*Item/Items must be equal or greater than original purchase, if item is more expensive an invoice will be emailed for the difference. Once invoice is paid, new item will be shipped.

*All exchanges will be charged a $8 shipping fee(from you, then back to you).

*If your item comes damaged, please contact us immediately.

After 10 days we can no longer accept any exchanges.

*All International Orders Are Final Sale. No returns or Exchanges.

Repairs:

Complimentary repairs are available within 30 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for $8 shipping cost(U.S. customers only). Please email and attach photos of your jewelry to wearejustplainmad@yahoo.com.

Any jewelry needing repair after the 30 day period will be invoiced a repair fee depending on repair needed, and charged an $8 shipping fee(U.S. customers only). Please be sure to email photos to wearejustplainmad@yahoo.com.

Sale Items:

All Sale Items Are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges.
